on 16/10/2020

The “Andalucía Segura” emblem, awarded by the regional authorities at the Junta de Andalucía, guarantees the health and safety measures imposed by the WHO are adhered to within the space recognised with this emblem, increasing consumer trust.

Hotel Ribera de Triana is proud to have obtained this Andalucía Segura emblem and join the category of ‘Andalucía Segura Hotel in Seville’. This recognition awarded by the regional authorities at the Junta de Andalucía provides a guarantee that the hotel’s facilities have followed the requirements needed to avoid coronavirus contagion. These measures include compulsory mask and glove wearing for all staff, comprehensive cleaning, and disinfection of common areas, as well as foregoing all textile and decorative elements that are not strictly necessary in rooms.

This emblem provides extra proof of trustworthiness for consumers when it comes to staying at hotels. In addition, it also provides a series of advantages for visitors since it is linked to the Andalusia Tourism Voucher (Bono Turístico Andaluz).

From now until May 31st 2021, all Andalucians who travel within the region can obtain up to 50% discount on accommodation recognized by the Andalucía Segura emblem. In this way, Hotel Ribera de Triana also falls within the category of Hotels in Seville with the tourism voucher discount.

The implementation of both these measures by the Junta de Andalucía is a clear step to support interior tourism at this time, as well as reinforcing the effort hotels such as Hotel Ribera de Triana are carrying out to offer safe and coronavirus free spaces from the beginning of the outbreak.

In addition to the Andalucía Segura emblem, Ribera de Triana has also been awarded others such as “Responsible Tourism”, emitted by the Ministry for Industry, Commerce and Tourism as well as the “Safe Travels” motto awarded by the World Travel and Tourism Council.
